What Is the Easiest Way to Order Items?

The easiest way is for you to e-mail a quote request. We will provide you with a cost, and then you simply e-mail us the order.

How Does Shipping Work?

A.

Shipping cost are paid by the customer. We ship Freight On Board (FOB) from our plant located in Hamilton, Ohio. As the customer you can choose the shipping carriers that best meets your needs. Our standard delivery time 8:00 Am Eastern Time to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

International shipping is done at the customer’s request. Customer can choose the shipping carriers that best meets their needs (air or sea). We do have a Broker that can assist you with international shipping request.

How Does Billing Work?

A.

We offer flexible billing options. We can bill due upon receipt/shipment unless you would prefer to set up a credit account with our company. Credit accounts are billed net 30. We will work with purchase orders, and we can bill you in a single bill for all purchases made in a month. We accept all major credit cards, check, and wire transfers.

How Are Returns Handled?

A.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All items must be shipped back to our location in Hamilton, Ohio. Items must be in the same condition that you had received them in. We will either issue you a credit on your return, but most of the time we will work to replace the part for you.
